The Nova Coffee project is carried forward with pride by the Rwandan women who manually select and take care of the coffee beans during all stages of processing, which takes place with the washed method. The Rwanda Nova Cafe des Mamas Peaberry is a coffee with aromatic notes of black tea and chocolate, with a very present citrus acidity, a good sweetness, and a light and elegant body.
