Make your Valentine’s Day meal even sweeter by serving chocolate mousse with puffed millet and raspberries. Chocolate desserts are always a winner and this is especially true when trying to impress a loved one.
Strawberries dipped in melted chocolate is a classic romantic serving, our recipe takes a step further into indulgence and deliciousness.

Whether planning an extravagant date night dinner or spending some quality time on the sofa, a chocolate mousse will always be a welcome delight.
The signature light, airy texture of chocolate mousse is achieved in this recipe by following a traditional French method. Whipped egg whites and whipped cream are gently folded together to ensure that this dessert melts on the tongue with smooth, chocolate intensity. Berries and chocolate naturally compliment each other adding notes of sweetness, acidity and bitterness, the puffed millet then adds an exciting textural crunch and incredibly delicate nutty flavour.
This is the perfect make-ahead dessert, prepare the recipe the evening before or in the morning for a smooth, romantic dinner. A chocolate mousse with puffed millet and raspberries is the perfect way to end any meal so follow our simple recipe below to try it for yourself.
